Find magnifier, pasting photos, and deletes that take effect at once
The Find magnifier
A magnifier is now in the top bar on phone screens. On Home, Entries and My page, tap it and the Find screen slides in from the right. Swiping left works as before.
Recall has no magnifier. That screen is already a question screen.
The first time you open Home, a short hint tells you about the magnifier and the swipe.
It is on the web first. The iPhone app gets it in the next update (1.0.23).
Pasting photos
In the writing and edit screens, a copied picture that you paste goes in as a photo. If text was copied with it, the text is pasted as usual.
An entry holds up to 10 photos. Dragging photo files onto the screen also works.
Deleting now erases at once
When you delete an entry, its title, text, attached photos, underlines and AI replies are erased from the server at once. Before, the entry was only marked as hidden.
A deleted entry cannot be brought back. The delete confirmation says so.
We have not confirmed how long a deleted entry stays in the backups our hosting provider keeps. We will add it to the privacy policy once we know.
Photo files are cleaned up together when you delete on the web or in app 1.0.22 or later.
