Notes you move in can be sorted into categories
When you move notes in from another app, askora can now sort them into categories for you.
How notes come in
- Each note becomes one entry on the note's own date. Nothing piles up under today.
- KakaoTalk chats become one entry per day.
- Tags from the original app stay as askora tags.
- A note with no date uses the date in its file name, then the file's date. The preview tells you how many.
Pick one of two ways
You choose on the preview screen, before the import starts.
- Sort automatically: askora reads the words in each note and sorts it into categories such as Work, Family, Travel or Health. The preview shows how many entries go into each. Notes that fit nothing stay Unsorted.
- Keep all Unsorted: everything goes into Unsorted for you to sort later.
Sorting runs on your device. Your notes are not sent anywhere to be sorted. You can change any entry's category at any time.
